Billing terms. All prices are in US dollars (USD) and exclude any applicable sales tax or VAT, which is shown at checkout. Per-user plans are billed per active member. When you choose annual billing, the full annual amount is charged upfront; monthly billing is charged each month.
Automatic renewal. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate, unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings, and your plan will remain active until the end of the current period. See our Refunds & Cancellation Policy for full details.

How does the free plan work?
The Free plan is available at no cost and does not require a credit card. It is a great way to try Notioff and use it for personal projects. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time.
When am I charged, and does my plan renew automatically?
Paid plans are billed in advance — either monthly or annually, depending on the option you choose. Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel at any time from your account settings — no phone call or email required. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and it will not renew after that. Details are in our Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of a new paid subscription charge by contacting info@notioff.org. Please review our Refunds & Cancellation Policy for the full terms.
Are taxes included in the price?
Listed prices exclude any applicable sales tax or VAT. Any taxes that apply to your location are calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you change plans, we adjust your billing on a prorated basis so you only pay for what you use.
